People who are happy with their nose overall but have minor imperfections, such as a small bump or low bridge, may benefit from a nonsurgical nose job, using the permanent dermal filler Silikon 1000. Others who have issues like a larger bump and droopy tip may require surgery. My mission is to understand your concerns about your nose and determine the best approach to achieve a more pleasing, natural-looking appearance—along with better nasal breathing. I perform 99.9% of surgical rhinoplasties via the open technique, with a small incision on the underside of the nose. This approach greatly enhances my ability to see the anatomy, identify problems, and address them. The scar is well hidden and heals ridiculously well.

Dr. Joseph is incredibly skilled, patient, considerate and an all around pleasure. He listens attentively and does not rush you or leave you feeling misunderstood. I have seen him a number of times over the years and I could not ask for better results or overall experience with silikon1000 treatments.
Dr. Joseph did a wonderful job with my rhinoplasty. He improved my nose significantly while also maintaining a natural appearance. He also has a calm and friendly bedside manner which is critical for a surgery which gave bring out a range of emotions.
