I'm just 2 weeks PO and swollen, but I am already so happy with the result and can't wait for the final result! Dr. Naficy is truly an artist and such a great doctor. I used to feel so self conscious because of how my nose looked after my primary rhino and I would hate getting my picture taken. Dr. Naficy is a magician and was able to address all of my issues including an inverted v deformity, alar retraction, and he performed an alar base reduction (narrowed my wide nostrils).

Revision success - I have the beautiful nose I’ve always wanted
I had a primary rhinoplasty in 2018 to remove my dorsal hump in Mexico , over the next few years my nose due to loss of cartilage dropped into a polybeak deformity. My concerns were my exposed columella, upturned nostrils, asymmetrical tip. I decided to stay in state and set up a revision rhinoplasty consult and surgery for July 28, 2022.
