Requirements:

Senior Software Engineer
We’re looking for a talented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic senior engineer for a full-time role interesting in building web application our customers love
You’ll be a senior contributor and technical leader, working across the software stack in PHP + Javascript/CSS/HTML. You'll build scalable and feature-rich infrastructure, implement easy-to-use, inviting UIs, and help measure performance and success. Requirements:

- 5+ years of web development experience and passion for quality code
- Strong OO MVC development experience with PHP, Ruby or Java

Doctor Community Advisor
As a Doctor Community Advisor, you will be joining us in a key role that will be responsible for assisting in developing and retaining our doctor community through effective account management while also helping to establish best practices and strategies.
RealSelf is the most visited social media community dedicated to helping the world make better health and beauty choices. This is a unique opportunity to be on the ground floor of a consultative sales/account management team servicing an exciting industry that is interested in effective marketing & social media resources, such as RealSelf.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed new revenue objectives by managing and growing a book of business.
- Engage new doctor community members and facilitate their activity from new member to new sponsor.
- Accurately convey our value proposition in line with the understanding of what the customer needs and wants.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure profitability and success of a managed book of business
- Support the launch or expanded availability of both new and core markets based on company directives.
- Ideal candidate will not only lead in terms of sales numbers but will help shape best practices and category strategy based on feedback provided.
Qualifications and Qualities:
- Top tier performer with track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota.
- Demonstrated success using solid oral and written communication and presentation skills to achieve sales results.
- Strong telesales & account management background is preferred; with specific experience selling or upselling subscription based marketing services in a short sales cycle to individuals or small businesses.
- Reputation for being a highly driven individual with high-energy, positive attitude and strong desires to achieve top results and break through barriers.
- Ability to effectively work independently and ethically within growing inside sales team environment.
- Self-Motivation, passion for success and desire to learn is a must.

Responsibilities
--Support marketing, sales, and executives in understanding the business through statistically relevant data insights, including who's visiting our site, how they use it, how they participate, and which activities drive the business model
--Collect data, and work around data gaps, to support continuous tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as reports used in PR and communication with the doctors that are active on RealSelf
--Be responsible for the data accuracy and timeliness of the company's data mart; know how to troubleshoot problems and work with engineering to resolve them
--Be able to solve data-related queries when the questions are fuzzy; break down questions into smaller parts and solve them
--Be organized, detail-oriented, and methodical
Requirements
--3+ years in a data analytics role, both gathering and analyzing business data. Specific experience evaluating data quality, reporting and/or correcting errors
--Proficiency with relational databases and new generation analytical tools
--Great communication skill: you thrive on discovering stuff and sharing it out, and can do so with easy to grasp concepts, visualizations, presentations, and report formats
--You’re comfortable pushing for strategic insights that have impact on the business vs. producing reports that effect no change or represent vanity metrics
--Solid SQL query skills and high level capability with MS Excel, including use of pivot tables, macros and Visual Basic
