TCA peel
TCA peels are used in medium-skin-depth facial chemical peels. Glycolic peels are for more superficial skin treatment. TCA peels, like the Obagi Blue Peel, treat skin with moderate sun damage, surface facial wrinkles, uneven tone, or pigment abnormalities. TCA peels are performed in the doctor’s office, medical spa, or surgery center as an out-patient procedure.
