I don't remember exactly when I got it done but I wish I done it sooner! I wore contacts religiously and would wear each pair much longer than anyone was supposed. With out contacts I would consider myself legally blind but now I have 20/15 vision. Hands down the best thing I have ever done! Dr... READ MORE

I had worn glasses/contacts for over 30 years, and I had the same prescription for over 15 years. I was near sighted with astigmatism. My prescription was -7.5, -2, Axis 005 (L) -7.5, -2.00, Axis 169 (R). I met Dr. Bindi in Silicon Valley in for a consultation and confirmed that I was a... READ MORE

I am 27-years-old now, and have had poor eye sight since 2nd grade. I always hated glasses and found contacts to be a time consuming and quite annoying in air-conditioned environments. Anyone who wears glasses or contacts know the cons of both: difficult to run in glasses, swimming can be an... READ MORE

I pretty much wore glasses/contacts all my life as I am highly myopic ( about -900 and -1000, and my vision is a blur without glasses). I really hate wearing glasses so I only wear them around the house, and always wore contact lenses when I am out and about. Even though I loved wearing... READ MORE

I did LASIK almost two years ago when i was 19 and it was definitely worth it! Both of my eyes were almost at a -8 so I was really bad. I worse glasses since I was in probably second grade and went on to get contacts because I really hated glasses. I also suffer from astigmatism which is the... READ MORE

Initially I went to the The LASIK Vision Institute (3200 Cobb Galleria Parkway Suite 105 Atlanta, Georgia 30339) because there was a corporate discount of 25%. I scheduled an apt for Sat, waited nearly 1 hour before being seen. Then my eyes were evaluated and I was high pressure sales cornered... READ MORE

I received custom lasik from dr. Yaghouti. My previous prescription was just a -1.5 in each eye, with a mild astigmatism in the right. Going on a week now after surgery, my vision is great. My complaint is that my Astigmatism is definitely not gone. It seems better than before, but is definitely... READ MORE

I am Active Duty United States Air Force. I signed up to have this procedure done after much procrastination. I got orders to Korea and being overseas last time, wearing contacts and glasses was hard. Korea is a great country but they do not have the cleanest facilities when you are out and... READ MORE

It was hard to wear glasses right from waking up to going back to sleep. Contact lenses were never really friends of mine, so I'm sure you understand how uncomfortable it got when I had to attend a party or any occasion and didn't have an option but wear glasses -_- So I finally went for it. I... READ MORE

I am in college and am about three weeks post-op. Having worn glasses/contacts since elementary school, it is absolutely wonderful to be able to see clearly without them. And knowing that my vision is improving by each passing day, Dr. Chynn told me that I will be seeing 20/20 by the end of the... READ MORE

== Decisions and Pre-op : I have had hypermetropia all my life, and it never really bothered me, even though my right eye could not see much at all. I could read well, from close and far. As for many people like me, with glasses on, it felt I could see worse than without ( it takes a lot of time... READ MORE

I had this done almost 2 months ago in Hamilton, Ontario. Before surgery was 20/40. At my last appointment I am now 20/20. They said I still have some swelling which is normal and still a bit dry. I do have a con though. The day of surgery I was told I needed prescription eye drops and they... READ MORE

I got lasik eye surgery 4 days ago at lasik md in brossard Quebec and I am very satisfied. If you have personal insurance make sure that you order the eye drops before the operation or else you won't be reimbursed. My doctor was Dr Mona Dagher and she is patient knowledgeable and professional.... READ MORE

I love it! I can't say enough how easy life is without fighting with contacts. I can wear make up without it running from me having to mess with my eyes so much. I can see when I wake up without having to fumble for glasses or contacts. I feel like a much safer driver and my vision is 20/15 in... READ MORE

I would advise everyone to re consider doing Lasik. ie dont do it! You must remember that when your eye is cut, the Dr and the Company do not say in their gloss'y that the cut will actually cut your senses that tell your eyes to water, thus you will end up with dry eye's for life. They ie the... READ MORE

I have been dreaming about LASIK ever since I can remember. Been wearing glasses since 7th grade and contacts since I was 14. Now at 31, I told myself enough was enough. My best friends wedding was May of this year and we were up at 5am getting ready with pictures to be taken by 8am. As the Maid... READ MORE

It's been 1 year since I had my LASIK and I'm doing great. So happy. Little dry in one eye when the weather changes colder but I'd rather put a drop in my eye once a day than ever wear glasses eye. BEST TJING I EVER DID. Would doing again in a heartbeat. Talk 4 of my friends into getting it and... READ MORE

Procedure was $2400 per eye plus any current promotions they are running (which you can find via the website or Facebook). I was also required to buy a box of preservative free eye drops (picked up 100 on amazon prime for $24) and two drops (steroid and antibiotic) that only cost me my copay. I... READ MORE
