A thirty six year old female patient fractured a tooth while eating an olive. The tooth was extracted, and an immediate implant was placed. Once the bone healed around the implant, a crown was fabricated to fit the implant. The restoration functions as a natural tooth: adequate home care and professional cleanings are indicated.
