A middle aged Maryland woman had natural aging of her skin and sun damage, which results in mottled skin, fine wrinkles, and hyperpigmentation (sun spots). She underwent a med spa dermatology procedure of a TCA chemical peel, in addition to basic skin care. The chemical peel was performed in the office under local anesthesia. The facial skin is smoother and rejuvenated.
