Breast Reconstruction Surgery

This 21 year old patient from Bonita, California was interested in revisionary surgery. She had gone to Mexico for her first surgery and ended up with symmastia of the breasts. Symmastia results from overly aggressive attempts to alter chest wall anatomy trying to increase cleavage in patients. The patient wanted a good symmetry and a natural look. In order to achieve her desired look, symmastia was corrected with saline breast implants, filled to 420cc in the left breast and 390cc in the right breast.
