This 44-year old patient from El Cajon, California was interested in breast reconstruction surgery. The patient has had 3 prior revisionary surgeries performed by another doctor. In order to achieve her desired look, correction of the left mal-position implant, internal sutures was used to create a internal bra for the pocket repair with 500cc silicone-gel breast implants in both breasts. The patient is now 18-months post-op surgery.
