Breast Reconstruction Surgery

This 32-year old patient from La Quinta, California was interested in revisionary breast surgery. After having breast augmentation performed by a previous surgeon, she developed scar tissue and was very unhappy with the shape, size, and mal-position of her breast implants and was looking into improving her look. She needed to exchange her implants and have a capsulorrhaphy performed (internal sutures for better implant position). In order to achieve her desired look, 600cc moderated plus profile, silicone-gel breast implants was used, in both breasts. The patient is now 3-months post-op surgery.
