Breast Revision Surgery

This is a 42 year old patient from El Cajon California, interested in removing and replacing the implants she had for several years. She had her first breast augmentation surgery performed in 2004 by another plastic surgeon in Boston, Massachusettes. This patient always felt that her breast implants were not big enough and she was always bothered by the fact that she could feel rippling. In order to achieve her desired look, replacing the saline implants with 700cc silicone-gel breast implants. The patient is now 1-month surgery.
