This 42-year old patient from San Diego, California was interested in breast revison surgery. The patient had breast augmentation surgery with saline breast implants performed by another Doctor. The patient wanted to replace her saline breast implants for silicone-gel breast implants, while increasing in size to improve her body proportions. 700cc silicone-gel breast implants was used in both breasts, placed under the muscle with a peri-areola incision. The patient is now 8-months post-op surgery.
