24 year old female complaining of a crooked tip and difficulty breathing through her right nostril.
This patient had weak tip cartilages and moderate collapse of her external valve.
Through an open rhinoplasty, the collumela was straightened using a cartilage strut and shield graft. This reinforcement of her tip opened her nasal valve and straightened her tip.
