Are there any non-surgical procedures to make my nose smaller, or is surgery my only option?
Answer: Non surgical rhinoplasty isn't for big noses
Unfortunately injectable rhinoplasty by its very nature can't make your nose smaller. Very occasionally a 'liquid rhinoplasty' can create the illusion of a smaller nose, but this is rare. Injectable rhinoplasty is for creating straighter nasal bridges, straightening slightly bend noses and for 'touch ups' after rhinoplasty.

CONTACT NOW Answer: Non Surgical Ways to Reduce Size of Nose Unfortunately at this point there is no significant way to make the nose smaller non-surgically. That is because the nose is largely made of bone and cartilage which create its structural foundation. Similarly, there is not a great way to make a house smaller without removing some of the wood or brick that provide its support. The final component of the nose that can actually be modified non-surgically to some extent is the skin and soft tissue. In some patients with thick, oily skin of the nose, this may be due an excess of sebaceous glandular tissue. This can sometimes be treated with medications such as accutane or with resurfacing procedures such as laser or chemical peels. Another disease process, known as rhinophyma is another situation where the skin and soft tissue can be reduced to decrease the size of the nose without a formal rhinoplasty. Hope this helps and best of luck!Kyle Kimura, MD

Answer: Can you reduce the nose size without doing rhinoplasty surgery? Unfortunately we haven't yet invented a procedure to reduce the nose size without surgical intervention. Your nose is made up of bone and cartilage that give it a certain structural shape. There is also a skin and soft tissue covering that can also add to that structure. There are some tricks that can be done to hide bumps and troughs and valleys with fillers, but generally speaking they will not make your nose smaller. Surgery to reduce the nose usually involves removing and repositioning bone and cartilage in your nose and sometimes we also add a chin implant to make your nose look relatively smaller, but that still requires a surgical procedure.

Answer: Non-surgical nose job Hello and thank you for the great question. I find that a lot of patients come to my clinic asking me the same question you have: is there a way to reduce the size of the nose without surgery. Unfortunately, the real answer to this question is no.Although filler or liquid rhinoplasty can be very useful for certain indications (i.e. to conceal a bump, to fill in a depressed area, to improve the tip), it can't be used to reduce the size of the nose. My suggestion is to seek out consultation by a surgeon who performs both liquid and surgical rhinoplasty, as they are best able to provide you a realistic idea of benefits and risks of each approach and will be able to match up the right procedure for your specific goals. I hope this helps! Best, Dr. G Dominick J Gadaleta, MDFacial Plastic SurgeonDG Facial Plastic SurgeryPalo Alto, CA

Answer: Unfortunately no Liquid rhinoplasty, or non surgical rhinoplasty, involves injecting absorbable product into the different parts of the nose, to make it straighter, adjust the dorsum from profile view, raise the tip of the nose slightly, or refine it a bit. There is no nonsurgical option at this point to make it smaller.

Answer: Non surgical solutions to reduce the nose so far I am nor an advocate for non surgical procedures on the nose, only if it was the case of a rhinofima, then laser to improve the quality of the skin affected may reduce substancially the size of the nose.
