I had a revision surgery 3 weeks ago. I was left with a too scooped nose so I wanted cartilage places to make it a little more straight with a slight curve. I feel that my nose is too straight now. Is it possible to get a slight curve without having surgery again?

I've redone several noses that had radiesse filler. It's very difficult if not impossible to remove the radiesse. It can be permanent and look terrible and difficult to fix. I would advise staying away from this.

The sutures used during septoplasty and spreader graft placement are usually dissolveable. The tissues normally heal together thanks to scar fibrosis so the sutures wouldn't be needed long term.
