How can I make my bulbous tip more pointy?

 A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish narrowing the bulbous tip. To narrow the bulbous tip requires suture techniques applied to the lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip. Modifying those cartilages is key to making the desired changes. Usually, when a tip is wide like  yours, there are other issues as well. For example, the same tip cartilages that make the tip look wide often make the nose look too long on profile view, and/or they make the tip appear to project forward from the face too far.You should know that modifying a tip requires advanced techniques that not all plastic surgeons can handle. You must see before and after photos of any surgeon you are considering.
